• At least 2 years of experience in leading or managing engineering teams, including performance management and career development.
• Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
• Experience in setting technical direction and driving engineering excellence, including architecture and QA rigor.
• Background in hiring and shaping teams, with a focus on team dynamics.
