Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on developing innovative networking solutions for a Kubernetes Load Balancer product. The role involves mentoring engineers and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in Engineering Management
• More than 5 years in Software Development with proficiency in any programming language, including at least 2 years in Go
• Extensive experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and Load Balancing solutions

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow software engineers and technical leaders
• Provide continuous feedback and conduct performance reviews with input from technical leads
• Monitor project progress and assist engineers in developing project management skills
• Maintain and promote a positive engineering culture during team expansion
• Exemplify company culture and values

Skills

• Strong understanding of Linux systems design, security, and networking
• Ability to write high-quality, efficient code
• Experience in designing and implementing APIs
• Public contributions to open-source projects are advantageous

Education

• Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
