Responsibilities

• Oversee the Admin and CORE engineering teams, conducting regular one-on-ones and performance evaluations.
• Manage staffing and capacity across both teams, identifying resource needs and addressing gaps.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on project delivery and prioritization.
• Partner with senior engineers to ensure quality and scope of work.
• Contribute to the development of the technical leadership framework and hiring processes.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and remove decision-making bottlenecks.

Skills

• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Next.js and React.
• Experience with databases such as Firestore and PostgreSQL.

Education

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
