Qualifications

• Over 4 years of experience in leading software engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in software engineering and system design.
• Proven ability to coach engineers on architecture, quality engineering, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and development of engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to refine customer outcomes.
• Oversee daily operations of scrum teams, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term improvements.
• Work with engineering leaders to enhance product quality, security, and performance.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the product area.

Skills

• Proficiency in the .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core).
• Understanding of web application architecture, including RESTful services and microservices.
• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks (Angular preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud-native design principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with data storage technologies (SQL Server, NoSQL).

Education

• Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and modern engineering practices.
