Job summary

This role involves leading the LogScale Search Frontend team within the NG-SIEM product group, focusing on enhancing the event search capabilities of a cybersecurity platform. The Engineering Manager will drive the development of a modernized search interface and oversee a team of frontend engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of software engineering experience, particularly in frontend development using frameworks like React, Ember, or Angular, and languages such as TypeScript and JavaScript.
• At least 2 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven ability to hire and develop talent.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture for large-scale applications, including performance optimization and testing strategies.
• Familiarity with data visualization technologies and building interactive UIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a new search interface for the Falcon platform, enhancing user experience.
• Own the technical vision and roadmap for frontend features, including dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Mentor and grow a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and backend teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Set engineering standards and best practices for frontend development.
• Manage delivery execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with product strategy.
