Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading developer experience, engineering enablement, or platform engineering in a cloud-native environment.
• Familiarity with DORA research and its application to improve software delivery performance.
• Curiosity about Agentic Development LifeCycle and governance practices.
• Ability to create practical guidance for developers.
• Experience at the intersection of developer experience and information security.
• Proven track record in building adoption through communities of practice and training.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes over activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on enhancing developer experience and engineering practices.
• Shape the adoption of AI in engineering processes to improve deployment frequency and software delivery metrics.
• Define and establish the Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC) to ensure secure and auditable AI practices.
• Build enablement programs and foster partnerships with engineering teams.

Skills

• Strong understanding of AI coding agents, LLM observability platforms, automated code review, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive organizational transformation.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
