Job summary

The role involves designing and delivering advanced electronic solutions for hearing instrument accessories, overseeing the process from concept to mass production. You will work within cross-functional teams and closely collaborate with external suppliers to ensure high-quality product development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering
  • Experience working with outsourcing partners or distributed development teams
  • Proficient in integration, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Capable of managing small-scale projects
  • Strong documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and coordinate with outsourcing partners during development and delivery
  • Design, integrate, and verify miniaturized electronic systems
  • Lead the development process from architecture to production handover
  • Address complex system-level challenges involving both hardware and software
  • Conduct testing and validation of products
  • Ensure compliance with performance, quality, and regulatory standards

Skills

  • Experience in miniaturization and high-density design
  • Knowledge of RF/NFMI or magnetic systems
  • Familiarity with production and test development
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly in medical devices
  • Programming skills, such as Python

  • Proprietary ICs
