About the role

Job summary

As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering advanced electronic solutions for hearing instruments and accessories, managing the process from initial concept through to mass production. You will collaborate within cross-functional teams to ensure the development of high-quality products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering
  • Experience in analog and/or digital electronics development
  • Proficient in integration, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with simulation tools and design trade-offs
  • Strong documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, integrate, and verify miniaturized electronic systems
  • Lead development from architecture to production handover
  • Address complex system-level challenges across hardware and software
  • Conduct simulation, testing, and validation
  • Ensure compliance with performance, quality, and regulatory standards

Skills

  • Expertise in miniaturization and high-density design
  • Knowledge of RF/NFMI or magnetic systems
  • Experience in production and test development
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, particularly in medical devices
  • Programming skills, such as Python

Education

  • BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering

Tools

  • Advanced simulation tools and design software
