Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project engineering experience, preferably in construction environments.
  • Experience with LV and MV systems, particularly in building services and data centers.
  • Familiarity with current design guides, codes of practice, and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct electrical design reviews to identify gaps and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Validate cable sizing and manage technical assessments.
  • Oversee the procurement and delivery of electrical equipment, ensuring timely verification upon receipt.
  • Collaborate with the BIM team to ensure designs are practical for installation.
  • Lead engineering design tasks and manage specialist vendors during commissioning.
  • Provide technical support to various teams and assist in improving quality assurance systems.

Skills

  • Strong technical expertise in Electrical Engineering Services and Design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficient in Amtech, Dialux, Adobe Pro, Autodesk AutoCAD 2D, and MS Office Suite.

Education

  • 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
