Digital Campaign & Social Media Designer - Copenhagen

Do you want to shape how a global brand shows up across digital campaigns and social platforms, from first impression to final click?

Create visual impact across the full consumer journey
As Digital Campaign & Social Media Designer at ECCO, you will create high performing, on brand visual content that supports digital campaigns and social media across awareness, engagement and conversion. Working closely with colleagues in Digital Content, Social Media and E-commerce, you will translate strategic briefs into strong visual concepts and creative campaign assets that feel cohesive, relevant and effective across channels.

You will be part of an end to end creative process, balancing creative solutions with structure, performance thinking and attention to detail. Collaboration is key, as is the ability to stay flexible and patient when multiple stakeholders and priorities come together.

Specifically, you will:

• Translate briefs into consumer centric visual concepts that support a coherent brand story across touchpoints.
• Design and deliver campaign assets for landing pages, newsletters, organic and paid social, and third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon) optimised for each platform.
• Utilise and contribute to brand design guidelines, templates and asset libraries to ensure consistency and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Digital Content, Social Media and E-commerce to ensure consistent visual direction.
• Manage your own projects end to end, ensuring quality, structure and timely delivery.

Join a collaborative global marketing environment
You will join Global Marketing Communication, part of ECCO’s Global Marketing organisation, based in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen. The team works closely across functions and borders, with colleagues specialising in content, social, brand and e-commerce. The atmosphere is professional and supportive, with room for curiosity, dialogue and creative experimentation, while still valuing structure and clarity.

A creative, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining creativity with structure and who takes pride in delivering high quality visual work. 

We imagine you bring:

• Proven experience as a digital designer, social media designer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital campaign design, social-first content and platform-specific creative formats.
• Solid understanding of the full consumer journey.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams and managing tasks end to end.
