Dynamics365 Functional Consultant (On-site, Denmark)

Job summary

The role involves modernizing ERP systems as a Dynamics365 Functional Consultant within a leading pharma engineering company. The consultant will play a crucial role in the implementation and operation of the Dynamics 365 platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynamics365 Finance & Operations implementations and operations in corporate settings.
• Strong finance background with practical platform experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in F&O functional flows, business mapping, configurations, and second-level problem solving.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Experience in the Professional Services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, envision solutions, configure, and design customizations for Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful implementation and operation of the platform.
• Configure and test the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application.
• Advise and support key experts during month-end activities like closing and reconciliation.
• Provide user support by resolving tickets and conducting root cause analysis.
• Drive automation initiatives and platform optimization while participating in ongoing operational activities.
• Coach and train junior colleagues.
