Duty Manager Intern (Hospitality, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This internship offers a hands-on experience in managing operations within a hospitality setting, starting in February 2027. As a Duty Manager Intern, you will support the operational team, ensuring high service standards and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at university and required to complete a managerial internship (minimum 6 months).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• EU resident or possess a valid working and living permit for Denmark.
• Available to start in February 2027 and flexible with working hours.
• Experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the operational team to enhance guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot issues during shifts and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Coach and train the operational team to uphold service standards.
• Manage all Rooms Division and Food & Beverage matters, including communication with outsourced housekeeping.
