Job summary

Qualifications

  • Relevant master's degree in production, engineering, supply chain, or similar fields.
  • Experience in distribution strategy, managing freight forwarder and 3PL relationships, and leading implementation projects.
  • Proven ability to drive projects with multiple stakeholders, ideally across regions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on distribution optimization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions globally.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain optimal distribution setups and manage tenders for distribution agreements.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies, including biologics cold chain solutions.
  • Lead projects to explore new distribution opportunities.
  • Act as a strategic partner for freight forwarders and 3PL providers, monitoring performance and resolving issues.
  • Oversee the claims process and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the distribution budget and contribute to global initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on logistics optimization.

Education

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Experience with SAP and distribution compliance tools.
