Responsibilities

• Monitor market and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation in plastic component processing.
• Develop a robust pipeline of technology and process innovations to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.
• Lead the execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for critical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Product Design and Engineering to align innovation priorities and strategic investments.
• Build relationships with key partners across various leadership teams to ensure alignment on long-term technology roadmaps.
• Represent R&D Processing in product portfolio approvals, providing technical insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support the transition from innovation to industrialization, facilitating effective handovers to the Technology Transfer Team.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
