Job summary

This role involves leading the transformation of data utilization within a global organization, focusing on developing a comprehensive Insights & Analytics strategy. The position requires guiding a high-performing team to convert complex data into actionable business insights and fostering a data-driven culture across various functions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in analytics, business insights, data science, or strategy consulting, with a strong emphasis on analytics.
• Proven leadership skills in managing global teams and capabilities in insights, analytics, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of analytics, AI/ML, and modeling concepts, with the ability to direct and coach experts.
• Experience in driving organizational change and introducing new working methods.
• Familiarity with Databricks or cloud Lakehouse environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the end-to-end Insights & Analytics strategy, including data platforms and reporting infrastructure.
• Lead a global team of analytics professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Act as the primary insight partner to senior leadership, translating business data into strategic narratives.
• Promote a data-driven culture by integrating insights into decision-making processes across various functions.
• Define and implement a strategic roadmap for analytics products and decision enablement.
• Ensure governance and ethical standards in data usage, collaborating with legal and technology teams.

Education
