Job summary

This role involves acting as a central coordinator for Business Operations within Technical Operations, focusing on strategy execution and operational effectiveness in a biotech environment. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment and clarity in processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in business operations, PMO, strategy execution, or similar roles in biotech/pharma or consultancy
• Strong understanding of TechOps, Supply Chain, and CMC environments
• Experience in cross-functional, matrix organizations
• Proven ability to support execution and coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central anchor point for Business Operations across TechOps, including budget and resource management
• Translate strategy into clear priorities and plans, ensuring transparency on progress and risks
• Enable governance and structured ways of working, including meeting cadence and follow-ups
• Provide visibility on supply performance, risks, and priorities
• Contribute to performance tracking and reporting, including KPIs and dashboards
• Support planning, coordination, and decision-making processes across initiatives
