Job summary

This role involves engaging a creative design agency or consultant to lead the visual design, layout, and production preparation of a suite of HPV technical guidelines and related summary documents for an international non-profit organization. The consultant will transform technical content into high-quality, user-friendly publications that serve as guidebooks for vaccination and immunization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional design and publication preparation
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in technical documents
• Ability to create visually engaging and accessible materials

Responsibilities

• Design and format nine HPV technical guidelines into structured publications for both print and digital use
• Provide light-to-moderate copywriting and editorial support to enhance clarity and usability
• Develop visual assets and infographics to simplify complex technical content
• Create a high-quality executive summary guideline that distills key insights
• Establish a unified design system across all outputs to ensure consistency
• Collaborate with program and technical teams for feedback and alignment
