Connecting product, brand and markets
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is accountable for the product marketing strategy ensuring a competitive product offering and that the value proposition of the products resonates strongly with markets, hearing care professionals and consumers.
The PMM is responsible for positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy and for bridging Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure products launch with impact, clearly differentiated, and are adopted by the market. The PMM owns the product narrative and creates demand by translating product capabilities into compelling customer value.
In close collaboration with the Brand team, the PMM defines the overall product experience and ensures that products are consistently aligned with our global brand strategy. You will work closely with the Hearing Instrument Group, Global Hearing Care organization, and local markets to ensure local marketing plans support our overarching strategy and deliver brand‑consistent activation.

Strategic and insight‑driven marketeer
You hold a degree in marketing or a related field, and you have developed the same level of skill through practical experience. You bring several years of experience within Product Marketing and Go-To-Market planning, supported by well-developed project management and communication skills.
You’ve led product or feature launches (GTM) and can translate technical ideas into valuable customer outcomes. You have a methodical approach and are comfortable using data and insights to guide decisions.
You thrive in cross‑functional collaboration and have solid stakeholder management experience, ideally within an international organization.
