Responsibilities

• Lead database migrations with enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding.
• Manage the relationship and migration processes with PlanetScale, transitioning from ad-hoc to structured operations.
• Develop and document repeatable migration patterns to streamline processes.
• Automate frequent migration requests to reduce manual efforts.
• Serve as a generalist resource for broader application and service migrations as needed.
• Create clear documentation and reference materials to empower Sales, Customer Success, and engineering teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to keep the database services competitive.

Skills

• Strong technical skills in MySQL and Postgres.

Education
