Data Scientist Software Engineer (Healthcare, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves pioneering surgical visualization technologies within a healthcare innovation context, focusing on improving surgical outcomes through advanced data science and software engineering techniques.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in an engineering discipline such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Robotics.
• Familiarity with fundamental concepts of machine learning and MLOps tools.
• Experience in defining and collecting datasets for AI/ML model training.
• Proficient in software engineering and programming with C++ and Python.
• Experience working in a Linux environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI and computer vision technologies to enhance the efficiency and safety of surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to define and gather datasets for development, testing, and training of AI/ML models.
• Build and deploy tools for training pipelines, including visualizing, debugging, and evaluating image data and associated metrics.
• Work in an agile environment, partnering with other teams to advance medical visualization technologies.
