Job summary

This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in data governance and policy development within a leading jewellery company. The intern will support the Data Governance team in creating and operationalizing governance policies and standards, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, IT, Data, Governance, or a related field.
  • Strong academic interest in governance, compliance, or data/AI.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting operational governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Translate governance principles into actionable guidance and structure content according to internal frameworks.
  • Consolidate existing governance materials into consistent, structured documents.
  • Document governance processes, including roles, workflows, and lifecycle steps.
  • Simplify complex governance concepts into accessible content for non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct research on governance best practices and support alignment with regulatory expectations.

  • Analytical and organized approach.

Education

  • Currently studying (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in relevant fields.

Tools
