Job summary

The CRM & Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager is responsible for overseeing CRM capabilities and SFE processes, ensuring system reliability, data quality, and user adoption across assigned markets. This role collaborates closely with commercial teams to enhance CRM functionalities and support efficient commercial execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications in CRM, MarTech, digital, or data management.
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM administration, particularly with platforms like Salesforce or Veeva.
  • Background in CRM, commercial operations, or related roles, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  • Familiarity with data governance and multi-country stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and govern cross-market SFE cycles, including segmentation and targeting.
  • Maintain and evolve the CRM and SFE governance framework and operating model.
  • Serve as the primary CRM specialist, ensuring capabilities support commercial execution.
  • Manage intake and prioritization of CRM and SFE requests across markets.
  • Align implementation plans with commercial and cross-functional teams.
  • Execute operational tasks and support training and onboarding for CRM users.
  • Lead master data governance and ensure compliance with data quality standards.
  • Coordinate CRM releases, testing, and change management activities.
  • Enable SFE performance tracking through effective data management.

Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of CRM systems and SFE workflows.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach with a coaching mindset.

Education

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or IT.

Tools
