Job summary

The role involves supporting the safe and efficient operation of datacenter infrastructure in a shift-based, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling critical infrastructure systems, performing maintenance, responding to incidents, and collaborating with various teams to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Upper secondary education or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in technical work such as industrial maintenance or HVAC installations.
  • Valid driver's license required for site travel.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
  • Effective communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control electrical, mechanical, cooling, and control systems.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per established procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and lead troubleshooting efforts.
  • Identify and escalate safety and operational risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for high-quality execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong safety mindset and technical judgment.
  • Ability to operate in a structured, procedure-driven environment.

Education

  • Technical certification in relevant fields preferred but not essential.

Tools

  • Experience with CMMS systems is a plus.
