Qualifications

  • MD degree.
  • Proven experience in the global biopharmaceutical industry, especially in clinical development and medical affairs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to develop actionable strategies from data.
  • Deep knowledge in therapeutic areas such as oncology, infectious diseases, and vaccines.
  • Project management experience with a focus on strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Danish healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Medical Affairs strategy for Denmark.
  • Guide the creation and execution of Country Medical Affairs Plans (CMAPs).
  • Represent Medical Affairs in the country executive leadership team.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing Medical Affairs team.
  • Oversee portfolio management across various therapeutic areas.
  • Collaborate with local and regional functions to advocate for Medical Affairs interests.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals, insurers, and policymakers as a scientific expert.
