Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Control, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of engineering experience.
• Advanced skills in MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience in leading technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, validation, and release of load and control solutions, ensuring high technical quality.
• Define requirements, design specifications, testing strategies, and validation approaches.
• Manage and develop the Load & Control team, including coaching and resource planning.
• Drive product roadmap execution and align technical solutions with business needs.
• Promote engineering excellence through methods, tools, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
