Qualifications

• Master's degree (or PhD) in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Energy Systems, Control Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Over 5 years of experience in wind farm/hybrid plant control, wind power simulation, or power plant modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience in applied AI/ML development and analysis of large-scale operational datasets.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, MATLAB, and C/C++, including familiarity with ML frameworks and simulation environments.
