Job summary

Responsible for the product ownership of the Ocean Contract portfolio, including various contract products. This role involves defining the product strategy, managing product playbooks, and building customer-led value propositions based on insights. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential for product discovery and development.

• Proven track record in product discovery, optimization, and lifecycle management

Responsibilities

Measures of Success

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Ocean Contract products
• Manage product definitions, terms & conditions, and financial performance
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and features
• Facilitate leadership forums and represent the organization on governance boards
• Continuously improve product outcomes and manage the lifecycle of products
• Achieve long-term contract volume against budget
• Meet revenue benchmarks per FFE
• Ensure product fit to standards and performance metrics
• Maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in product management or related field

• Familiarity with product management tools and analytics platforms
