Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in copywriting or content roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or tech sectors.
  • Native-level or near-native English writing proficiency.
  • Experience with both short-form and long-form content.
  • Proven ability to structure messaging for specific outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Design teams.
  • Familiarity with creating and applying content guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and editorial judgment.
  • Comfortable using AI tools while ensuring high content quality.

Responsibilities

  • Create clear and engaging copy for campaigns, websites, emails, and product experiences.
  • Develop content for sales enablement and marketing materials.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Adapt messaging for various audiences, markets, and stages in the sales funnel.
  • Manage the content calendar and contribute to overall content planning.
  • Define and uphold tone-of-voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Review and enhance content to maintain quality and consistency across channels.

Skills

  • Strong copywriting and content strategy skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt messaging effectively.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Miro, or similar platforms is a plus.
