Compliance Engineer (On-site, Billund)

Job summary

This temporary Compliance Engineer role focuses on supporting element testing, reporting, and ERP transformation within Product Safety & Compliance. The position involves ensuring LEGO® products meet safety standards through data management and collaboration with external laboratories.

Qualifications

• Comfortable managing varied tasks and digital systems simultaneously.
• Process-oriented and adaptable, with a broad network of contacts.
• Skilled in Office 365, particularly Excel for data handling.
• Technical background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, Power Automate, or programming tasks.
• Collaborative mindset with the initiative to address product safety or quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Order element tests in SAP and coordinate sample shipments to accredited labs.
• Prepare KPI data for selected elements, creating clear reporting views for progress and risks.
• Handle various testing activities, including follow-ups and documentation checks.
• Maintain compliance master data in SAP and connected tools.
• Publish compliance data on the company website and update handbook content.
• Work with Power BI and Power Automate to support daily operations.

Education

• Technical learning in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• SAP, Power BI, Power Automate, Office 365 (Excel).
