Qualifications

• Proven experience in aligning IT and commercial/business functions, ideally within a large international organization.
• Strong planning and execution skills to manage complex topics in cross-functional settings.
• Familiarity with selling or supporting IT solutions and understanding the challenges faced by sales teams in conveying technical information to customers.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across various levels and translate requirements into actionable specifications.
• Knowledge of IT solutions related to transportation and supply chain processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience with SharePoint and AI tools is a plus.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the Commercial IT enablement framework, including governance and operational structures.
• Plan and execute activities that ensure the effective positioning of supply chain value in sales discussions.
• Gather and analyze requirements from Sales and IT to facilitate consistent commercial use of IT services.
• Ensure alignment between IT roadmaps, service catalogues, and commercial messaging for coherent market execution.

Education
