Commercial IT Content Manager (Logistics, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role focuses on translating IT capabilities into commercial value within a global IT organization. The Commercial IT Content Manager will create engaging learning materials and sales enablement content that clarify and promote IT services across the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating e-learning materials and PowerPoint training presentations.
• Ability to translate complex IT products into clear business benefits.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to capture requirements and develop actionable content.
• Familiarity with IT solutions in transportation and supply chain is advantageous.
• Experience with SharePoint and AI tools is a plus.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop whitepapers, service catalog descriptions, e-learning materials, and sales presentations based on input from sales and IT teams.
• Design and maintain the Commercial IT SharePoint intranet pages.
• Promote content to enhance visibility and usage within the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver necessary content.
• Manage relationships across sales and IT, working closely with the Commercial IT Enablement manager on content planning.
• Ensure organizational understanding of the commercial benefits of IT products and services.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, or communications is preferred.
