Cloud Solution Architect (Remote, Technology)

Job summary

This role involves working as a Cloud Solution Architect with a focus on Data and AI solutions, enabling customers to achieve their business objectives through strategic technology investments. The position emphasizes collaboration with customer IT and business leaders to design effective data solutions and drive technical excellence in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer leaders to assess their data needs and design secure, scalable Data & AI solutions.
• Lead architecture design sessions and develop Data & Analytics roadmaps, including Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
• Ensure successful technical delivery and customer satisfaction by managing consumption and success plans.
• Create repeatable intellectual property to drive Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) and support centralized IP initiatives.
• Oversee delivery for key engagements in Data & Analytics workloads and ensure production readiness for AI use cases.
• Identify technical challenges and provide feedback to engineering teams for product enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and advancements in data and AI technologies.
• Achieve advanced certifications in relevant cloud technologies and contribute to team growth through mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with experience in cloud technologies and IT consulting.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms and analytics, including data ingestion and transformation.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to customer business needs and facilitate value realization from Data & AI investments.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Tools

• Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, and other data management tools.
