The Clinical Trial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and efficient operations throughout the trial process.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field.
• Significant experience in clinical trial management with a proven track record of leading successful trials.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical trial management activities and support the team in delivering quality outcomes.
• Oversee the operational aspects of clinical trial projects from initiation to close-out.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Guide and support Clinical Trial Managers and study teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
