About the role

Job summary

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of clinical trial data. This role involves reviewing assessments conducted by raters and providing guidance on standardized practices. The position requires active engagement in discussions with raters and supporting their performance through various assessments.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent); MD, DO, or PhD preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering psychiatric assessments and structured clinical interviews, specifically PANSS, CGI-S, SCID.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations and in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).
  • Experience in CNS trials is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
  • Review case data and prepare for discussions with raters, ensuring all necessary documents are available.
  • Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback on assessment methodology and scoring.
  • Complete tasks and interactions with raters according to the established schedule.
  • Submit all required documentation accurately and punctually.

Skills

Language Requirement

Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Danish is required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
