Job summary

This position involves leading clinical quality initiatives and supporting Behavior Specialists in delivering effective care to children and families. The Clinical Leader will mentor staff while advancing their own professional development towards BCBA certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Reliable transportation
  • 2+ years of professional experience in behavior modification services or 1 year with 12 semester units in ABA, or be a Board-Certified Associate Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and support to Behavior Specialists through in-field evaluations and feedback
  • Conduct home and community visits to ensure adherence to clinical programming
  • Educate parents on treatment goals and progress
  • Oversee documentation quality and service utilization
  • Collaborate with training and operations teams to enhance service delivery

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
