Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Relevant experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Reliable transportation
  • 2+ years of experience in behavior modification services or 1 year plus 12 semester units in ABA, or Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support Behavior Specialists with in-field guidance and performance evaluations
  • Conduct home and community visits to ensure adherence to clinical programming
  • Provide tailored parent education aligned with treatment goals
  • Monitor documentation quality and service utilization
  • Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to enhance service delivery
