Job summary

The Client Onboarding Manager will lead the delivery of an exceptional onboarding experience for clients, ensuring effective implementation and long-term satisfaction. This role involves developing scalable processes and enhancing client interactions with the platform.

Qualifications

  • Over 4 years of experience in client onboarding, project management, or implementation within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Knowledge of asset management, investment workflows, or family office operations is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in data quality and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with AI tools and automation is a plus.
  • Experience with custodian data flows is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple client onboarding projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Design and implement frameworks to support scalable client experiences.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and product advocate during onboarding.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams for seamless transitions.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and training resources.
  • Contribute to the onboarding playbook for future growth initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve onboarding issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze onboarding performance and client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide insights on product and operational enhancements based on client experiences.
  • Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance onboarding efficiency and client satisfaction.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies.
