• Lead and mentor Product Owners, ensuring alignment on strategy and roadmaps.
• Oversee the launch of new functionalities and measure their impact.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Tribe leadership to standardize processes and enhance digital solutions.
• Set and manage objectives and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Utilize data to inform decision-making and understand commercial realities.
