Job summary

This role involves supporting the Chief Revenue Officer in enhancing the commercial success of the organization through strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. The Chief of Staff will manage key projects, facilitate communication across departments, and analyze data to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in a strategic or operational role within Fintech, Investment Management, or Consulting
• Strong project management skills with a history of leading complex initiatives
• Proficiency in workshop facilitation and excellent presentation abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a strategic perspective
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build relationships and mobilize stakeholders across the organization
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist the CRO in developing and executing commercial strategies for revenue growth
• Oversee and manage key projects within the Commercial team for timely execution
• Act as a liaison between the CRO and other departments to enhance communication
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics to provide insights to the CRO
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to enhance performance
• Prepare reports and presentations for the CRO and senior leadership
