Job summary

This role involves shaping the enterprise architecture and AI strategies to support the organization's strategic ambitions. The Chief Enterprise Architect will collaborate with business and technology teams to create practical adoption roadmaps and governance standards for responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, including roles such as Chief Enterprise Architect or equivalent in large organizations.
• Extensive experience in financial services or regulated industries, with a strong grasp of governance, risk, compliance, security, and data privacy.
• Proven ability to define AI strategies and establish architecture for responsible AI.
• Strong knowledge of advanced AI technologies, including large language models and generative AI.
• Leadership experience in large-scale transformations and application modernization.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture and AI strategies in collaboration with various teams.
• Create architecture principles and governance standards for AI adoption.
• Align technology direction with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Lead simplification and rationalization of the application and technology estate.
• Support major transformation initiatives from strategy to implementation.
