This role involves supporting Operational Excellence through change management and process optimization within a global organization. The position includes independent responsibilities and opportunities for travel to various group companies, depending on project needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, HR, psychology, or a related field with relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in change management and familiarity with methodologies such as ADKAR.
  • Skills in change impact analysis and corporate culture development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a structured working style.
  • Excellent English communication skills; basic German is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive change management initiatives for internal projects and global process harmonization.
  • Create training and communication materials for diverse audiences.
  • Support the development of a performance management culture focused on continuous improvement.
  • Coach teams on managing internal changes and building a competitive performance culture.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
  • Undertake various ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and related theories.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with IT tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a holistic perspective.
  • Independent, self-driven, and service-minded with a positive attitude.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, HR, psychology, or similar fields.
