  • Celebrate small milestones that contribute to significant growth in children's abilities.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, particularly during afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.

  • Willingness to complete necessary training and documentation.

Education

  • Company-issued cell phone for communication and coordination.
