Job summary

This role focuses on developing and supporting IT solutions to enhance delivery processes in logistics. The position involves optimizing logistics applications and ensuring operational excellence through testing and implementation of IT projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics processes and IT systems, with participation in project teams, preferably in a scrum environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Background in e-commerce logistics or related fields.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, international setting.
• English proficiency at a communicative level (minimum B2).
• Willingness to travel internationally (20-40 days/year).

Responsibilities

• Optimize and standardize logistics applications for e-commerce delivery flows.
• Test, implement, and roll out logistics IT solutions.
• Analyze and resolve system and process issues, identifying root causes of failures.
• Document logistics IT flows and best practices.
• Recommend improvements to logistics IT processes to enhance efficiency and business value.
• Communicate process changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Represent logistics interests in cross-organizational IT initiatives.
