About the role

Job summary

The role involves leading the resource management processes within a pharmaceutical engineering context, focusing on the implementation and optimization of Microsoft D365 functionalities. The Business Process Owner (BPO) will ensure alignment with business goals and drive strategic improvements in resource allocation and planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in resource or project management, preferably in a consulting or engineering environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365PO or similar ERP systems.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the resource management process throughout the project lifecycle, including documentation and training materials.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure process integration and user adoption among stakeholders.
  • Align resource management processes with business strategy and compliance requirements, collaborating with IT for system functionality.
  • Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and optimize resource management processes.
  • Oversee daily operations and address escalated process issues.

The position requires a physical presence at the workplace five days a week, with limited flexibility for occasional remote work based on business needs.
