Business Process Owner (Quality Risk Management, On-site)

Job summary

This role involves overseeing the Quality Risk Management (QRM) process at a site, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in quality risk management practices. The Business Process Owner (BPO) will collaborate with various departments and facilitate training and workshops related to QRM.

Qualifications

• University degree in Natural Sciences, such as Pharmacy or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in implementing or working with Quality Risk Management.
• 2-4 years of practical experience with GMP quality systems and legislation.
• Strong understanding of business perspectives and stakeholder management.
• High-quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Risk Management process.
• Facilitate larger Quality Risk workshops and training sessions.
• Conduct meetings with the core team to identify improvements in QRM.
• Present QRM processes during audits and inspections.
• Report status at the Quarterly Management Review.
• Ensure the QRM system meets customer requirements and implement identified improvements.
• Engage with a global network of local BPOs for QRM across various sites.
