Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, data, or finance roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to reporting.
• Experience with structured data processes, including consolidation and quality management.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI and Power Query is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to explain data and processes clearly.
• A proactive mindset with ownership of reporting and process areas.
• Exposure to retail or real estate environments is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data analytics, information management, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and refresh recurring reports for the store portfolio.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Maintain accurate data records across reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and reporting efficiency.
• Track network action plans, including new openings and closures.
• Collect inputs from local teams and share outputs for planning support.
• Support network expansion reporting and track lease renewal savings.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, transitioning from Excel-based reporting where applicable.

Education
