Job summary

We are seeking a BIM Engineer specializing in Reality Capture and Digital Delivery to enhance large-scale construction projects in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors across Denmark and Europe. This role involves utilizing laser scanning, managing point cloud data, and producing high-quality BIM deliverables to support project execution and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM, Digital Engineering, Surveying, Reality Capture, or related fields.
  • Degree or qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in BIM authoring software and model coordination tools.
  • Familiarity with Scan-to-BIM workflows and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct laser scanning and reality capture on construction sites.
  • Process and manage point cloud data and develop Scan-to-BIM models.
  • Validate as-built conditions against design models and identify discrepancies.
  • Support BIM coordination, model reviews, and clash detection processes.
  • Generate QA/QC reports and digital construction deliverables.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and accurate BIM information delivery.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and adapting to changing project needs.

Education

  • Relevant degree or qualification in a related field.

Tools

  • Experience with laser scanning technologies and point cloud data management tools.
  • Knowledge of IFC, BCF, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
