Job summary

We are seeking a motivated BI Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and develop analytical solutions that drive business growth. This role focuses on Operations and Product Analytics, ensuring performance transparency and measurability across teams.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in data processing and visualization using Power BI.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to clearly explain financial and analytical concepts.
  • Degree in economics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong business mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs for data, analysis, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain KPI frameworks for Customer Care teams across Europe.
  • Develop reports and dashboards primarily in Power BI to support decision-making.
  • Analyze product performance, including sales and customer adoption metrics.
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through testing and validation.
  • Optimize existing reports based on user feedback.
  • Test and implement AI solutions in dashboard development.

Skills

  • Proficient in Power BI and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on stakeholder engagement.

Education

  • Degree in economics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.

Tools
