BD&L Operations Lead

Job summary

The BD&L Operations Lead will support a high-performing Business Development & Licensing function by translating strategy into execution through effective processes, systems, and data insights. This role involves close collaboration with the VP of BD&L and various stakeholders to enhance structure and performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant Master’s degree with a proven track record in business operations, consulting, or BD&L support.
• Experience in process optimization, performance management, or system/CRM implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI or similar.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across functions and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize BD&L processes, tools, and systems for efficient execution.
• Translate strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and performance insights for informed decision-making.
• Manage governance, reporting, and data foundations, including pipeline tracking and dashboards.
• Lead planning and budget follow-up while enhancing coordination across BD&L and key stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to boost collaboration and performance.
