We are looking for a structured and curious Student Assistant to support and contribute to our work within leadership development, onboarding, and HR-systems. You will work closely with the Center of Excellence team in a role that gives you the opportunities to take part in development- and improvement-oriented tasks combined with coordination and systems support.

The role offers hands-on experience with a mix of operational, developmental, and communication-related tasks in a global organization. In addition to supporting systems and processes, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improvements, content development, and new ways of strengthening the leadership and employee experience.

Examples of areas of responsibility

  • Leadership development initiatives
    Supporting our leadership development programs and other leadership-related activities
  • Onboarding and new manager support
    Assisting with corporate onboarding sessions, onboarding surveys, and coordination related to newly hired and newly appointed managers
  • Internal communication platforms
    Supporting content updates and usability on our SharePoint-based toolbox for managers and employees. Evaluate, identify gaps, and suggest solutions
  • HR systems and tools
    Providing first-line support on HR-related IT systems

We imagine that you

  • Are currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. HR, business administration, psychology, or similar)
  • Are structured, reliable, and comfortable at juggling multiple tasks
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Are IT-savvy and comfortable working with systems and platforms
  • Work independently and take ownership of your tasks
